We are seeking a dedicated Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal components, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. Duties

- Operate powder coating equipment with precision to apply even coats on designated surfaces.
- Monitor coating thickness and quality throughout the process, making adjustments as necessary.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble or modify parts as required before or after coating.
- Perform routine maintenance on coating machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
