Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you’ll provide essential customer service support and help drive sales growth of a technically challenging product range by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and converting inbound enquiries into successful orders.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Handling all aspects of customer service, including order processing, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Evaluating customers’ needs and building productive, long-lasting relationships
- Ensuring all sales activity is updated in the CRM system (
- Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints, and developing effective solutions
- Providing training and technical support to end-user clients as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in internal sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Effective presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills
