Play an important role at AMMA Childcare Services, who specialise in care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, taking a holistic approach to care. We ensure that all aspects of a young person's development are accounted for in order to inform our tailored therapeutic approach for them.

About the role

As Therapeutic Practitioner you will help support young people living within our therapeutic care home. You will provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people to flourish whilst being a point of contact and support for the Therapeutic Practitioner.

About You

You will have previous experience working in a support role in a Residential Children's Care home along with knowledge and experience of Safeguarding practices. An understanding and experience of working with young people with Emotional and/or Behavioural difficulties is required as well as the ability to work in challenging environments and leading excellence in care. Experience working in a therapeutic environment is highly advantageous. You will be Level 3/4 Diploma for Children and Young People's Workforce. An equivalent qualification will be considered.
