We are looking for an exceptional operational Head Chef with a passion for quality, consistency, team leadership, and health-led food.

Essential Experience:

  • 8+ years of professional kitchen experience.
  • 3+ years as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
  • Experience in premium fast casual or high-volume daytime hospitality.
  • Experience in businesses serving 250+ covers per day.
  • Experience leading kitchen teams of 10 to 20 employees.
  • Food Safety Level 3 certification.
  • Strong HACCP and allergen management knowledge.
  • Passion for fresh, healthy, ingredient-led food.

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience working with Indian cuisine.
  • Experience with paratha, chaat, pastries, and high-volume batch cooking.
  • Understanding of spices and flavour balancing.
  • An appreciation of Ayurvedic principles and wellness-focused food.
  • Curiosity about Ayurveda and a genuine passion for nourishing, health-led food.
  • Experience opening new restaurant sites.

Compensation:

  • Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per year plus performance bonus.
  • Benefits: performance bonus.
  • Languages: English - Advanced.
  • Employment: Full-time.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm.
