  • Work across biology, instrumentation, and software to deliver clinically meaningful, field-ready solutions.

Your Profile

  • Ideally holding a Ph. D. in Biomedicine, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Clinical Diagnostics, Biotechnology (or related field), or equivalent industry/clinical experience.
  • Ideally 3+ years in diagnostics R&D, assay development, or applied bio-systems engineering (industry, hospital, or research).
  • Experience with PCR, NGS, immunoassays, or automation workflows; familiarity with instrument/lab integration and structured validation.
  • Understanding of experimental design, QC/QA, and data interpretation for clinical or near-clinical settings.
  • Exposure to clinical data pipelines, interoperability, or basic regulatory concepts (e. g., IVD principles, documentation); experience with cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
  • English is the working language; additional languages are a plus.
  • We Offer
  • Very competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits.
  • Remote-first working model with optional short on-site exchanges by mutual agreement.
