Job type: Temp-Perm

Working hours: Weekly rotating shift Mornings and Afternoons

Salary/ Rate: £14.60-£16ph

AMLR Engineering is working in partnership with a leading engineering company located in High Peak Derbyshire, that manufacture skips, containers, frames and stillages for the industrial markets.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • 3 years Mig Welding Experience, preferably within an Industrial environment
  • Experience with 2mm – 20mm thickness metals
  • Working with mild steel and stainless steel
  • Able to Fillet weld, Butt weld and Overhead weld
  • Conversant with Engineering drawings
  • Able to use workshop machinery

Qualifications and Skills:

  • An Apprenticeship or equivalent City & Guilds qualification is desirable
  • Minimum 3 years welding experience
