AMLR is partnering with a reputable engineering company to recruit a skilled, reliable Electrical Supervisor (Marine) to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building an electrical team and overseeing electrical installation and maintenance on commercial boats.
Key Responsibilities:- Working as part of our operations team, reporting to the production manager, you will build and supervise an Electrical Team
- Fault finding, AD/DC electrical systems, including engine and navigation systems
- Repair electrical installations
- Run, dress and install cabling
- Build and install low grade electrical switchboards
- Install marine electrical and navionics equipment
- Ensure activities meet and integrate with organisational quality, health and safety, and environmental policies.
- Fully time served and preferably with experience within the marine, boat building industry, working to class and workboat code 3 rules, although electrical experience gained within aviation or military environment would also be considered.
- The ability and desire to lead an electrical team, manage team performance and provide electrical competence and advice to oversee implementation of electrical packages and project deadlines.
