Job Description

AMLR are seeking a professional, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join an aerospace manufacturing team.

As the first point of contact for visitors, customers, suppliers, and employees, you will provide a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities for Receptionist role

  • Welcome visitors, customers, contractors, and suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and emails.
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and ensure compliance with company security and health & safety requirements.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.
  • Arrange outgoing post and courier collections.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and scanning.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and refreshments.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Maintain a tidy, professional reception and communal office environment.
  • Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately and in accordance with company policies.
