Job Title: Deburrer Location: Consett Hours: Days and Nights rotating 06:00 18:00 / 18:00 06:00 4 Days / 7 off / 4 Nights / 7 Off Pay: 13.68 per hour days + 16.93 per hour nights AMLR are looking for an Deburrer to join a leading aerospace manufacturer based in Consett. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performance manufacturing environment, carrying out the dressing and finishing of aircraft components to high-quality standards and close tolerances. Key responsibilities for Deburrer: * Dressing and finishing aircraft components to the required specification and quality standards. * Using pneumatic tooling to deburr and dress aircraft parts. * Using a variety of hand and bench tools for drilling and finishing operations. * Working with a variety of materials, predominantly aluminium. * Carrying out close-tolerance work with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. * Ensuring all components meet the required quality standards before progressing to the next stage of production. * Maintaining and communicating an effective shift handover. * Following all relevant health, safety, quality and company procedures. * Working effectively as part of a team within a busy aerospace manufacturing environment. * Carrying out any other duties within the job holder s skills and capabilities as requested by Management.
