This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled team of 35 people who operate like a close-knit family, with a culture that supports development, collaboration, and recognition.
With over £12.5 million invested in advanced machinery, you’ll work on CNC grinding machines, producing machined parts, small castings, and hand-held components to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating CNC grinding machines
- Working to tight tolerances for machined parts, small castings, and hand-held components
- Inspecting and maintaining quality standards
- Supporting production teams across milling, turning, and laser operations
Equipment On Site:
- CNC Jones & Shipman Grinding Machines
- Laser M604 Techno
- High-precision manual inspection tools
Shifts & Salary:
- Mornings: Mon–Thurs 6am–2:15pm | Fri 6am–1pm AND Afternoons: Mon–Thurs 2pm–10:30pm | Fri 12pm–6pm (Rotating Shifts)
- Standard day shifts also available
- Pay: £16–£20 per hour, depending on experience
