Requirements
- Strong background in Agile delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches where appropriate.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and driven, with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Experience working as a Product Owner within an Agile software delivery environment is desirable.
- Agile Product Owner, Scrum Product Owner, or other relevant Agile certifications are desirable.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar product management platforms is desirable.
- A valid driving licence is required.
- Own transportation is required to reliably commute to our UK office, as public transport is not available nearby.
Responsibilities
- Own and communicate our product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business lead objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to gather, refine, and prioritise requirements.
- Manage and maintain our product backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritised, and ready for development.
- Act as the key decision-maker for product requirements, balancing business value and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, providing clarification, feedback, and acceptance of completed work.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to increase value, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Support release planning, stakeholder communications, and product demonstrations.
