AMJ Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join our team, due to ongoing business growth.
Location: Coventry City Centre
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Weekly Pay
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Working Hours: 09:00am to 16:00pm (Monday - Thursday)
Term: Temporary Ongoing
About Us: AMJ Recruitment are a growing recruitment business based in Coventry City Centre, specialising in Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial recruitment.
The Role: This position will involve supporting the recruitment team with all aspects of resourcing, administration and compliance.
Duties will include:
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
- Speaking with candidates and arranging registrations/interviews
- Managing candidate compliance and documentation
- General recruitment administration duties
- Supporting Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial recruitment operations
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
- Driving licence/driving is not essential
