AMJ Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our valued Distribution Client, based in Coventry, CV2. This is a Brand New Warehouse, with great opportunities available!

Due to the location, your own transport is ideally required, and flexibility across the Days and Evening shifts are a MUST.

Salary: £13.50 per hour, weekly pay

Hours: 06:00am - 14:30pm or 08:30am - 17:00pm (Monday - Friday); shift flexibility is essential

Term: Ongoing

Start Date: ASAP

Reporting into: Warehouse Manager

Duties:

  • Supervising an ever-growing team of Warehouse Operatives
  • Performance management of staff
  • Supporting overseeing Goods In, Goods Out and Pick teams
  • Hands on Team Leader; you will be doing Warehouse duties too!
  • Supporting with Inventory Control and Stock Takes
  • Loading/Unloading Containers
  • Using Pump Trucks
  • Using PPT's
  • Order Picking
  • Wrapping Pallets
