AMJ Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our valued Distribution Client, based in Coventry, CV2. This is a Brand New Warehouse, with great opportunities available!
Due to the location, your own transport is ideally required, and flexibility across the Days and Evening shifts are a MUST.
Salary: £13.50 per hour, weekly pay
Hours: 06:00am - 14:30pm or 08:30am - 17:00pm (Monday - Friday); shift flexibility is essential
Term: Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Reporting into: Warehouse Manager
Duties:
- Supervising an ever-growing team of Warehouse Operatives
- Performance management of staff
- Supporting overseeing Goods In, Goods Out and Pick teams
- Hands on Team Leader; you will be doing Warehouse duties too!
- Supporting with Inventory Control and Stock Takes
- Loading/Unloading Containers
- Using Pump Trucks
- Using PPT's
- Order Picking
- Wrapping Pallets
