AMJ Recruitment are looking for a Trunking Administrator to join our valued client based in Nuneaton, CV11
- Pay Rate - £26540 per annum / £12.76 per hour
- Shifts: 07:00am until 15:30pm (Monday to Friday)
- Term - Temp to Perm
- Start Date - ASAP
Role summary
To provide costings and support details required by immediate management as needed
Key responsibilities
- To provide management information relating to performance and SLA’s.
- To provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis
- To manage payment of contractors via Excel spreadsheet and payment portal
- To manage and record all adhoc’s via a manual workbook
- To deal with contractor payment queries and requests
- To report all payments and adjustments to Finance weekly and Management daily
- To use Excel spreadsheets to unable all data analysis (knowledge of formulas would be preferred)
