AMJ are currently recruiting for a highly organized and proactive PA Administrator to provide administrative and personal assistance support to senior management team of one of our customers based in CV7. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing schedules, handling communications, and performing a wide range of administrative duties. Job Details – 5 days from 7, although this will translate to roughly 1 weekend in 4. – Salary 26-27k, however this negotiable depending on experience. – 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30 – Based in CV7, however some travel between Coventry sites may be required so own transport is required. – This is a permanent job Role Requirements – Manage diaries, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. – Handle confidential documents and ensure appropriate filing and record keeping. – Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required. – Screen calls, emails, and other communications, responding where appropriate. – Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines and deliverables. – Process expenses and invoices in a timely and accurate manner. – Organize and coordinate internal and external events or meetings. – Maintain office systems and ensure supplies are stocked. – Liaise with other departments, stakeholders, and external contacts on behalf of the executive Experience – Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant. – Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. – Strong written and verbal communication. – High level of discretion and professionalism. – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). – Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritys
