AMJ Recruitment are looking for a MIG Welder to join our valued Engineering Client, based in Coventry, CV6 Salary – Β£12.78 to Β£13.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience) but this will rise from 1st April Hours – 07:00am until 17:30pm (Monday to Thursday) over time available on Fridays Term – Temp to Perm after 13 weeks. Start Date – ASAP Job Overview: My client is looking for a experienced MIG welded who can production weld. Job Specification: β€’ Welding of mild steel, stainless steel & aluminium using MIG processes. β€’ Fabricating various types of work in different materials drawings. β€’ Working from jigs to produce fabrications, and also making jigs. β€’ Advantageous to be skilled in operating a press brake, sheet metal guillotine, sheet metal rolls, drill press etc. β€’ Purge welding processes β€’ Metal finishing of work after welding process. β€’ Assembly work from time to time β€’ Fitting of materials or parts to finished products β€’ Any other duties that fall within the job scope as required.
