AMJ Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join our team, due to ongoing business growth.
Location - Coventry City Centre
Pay - £13.00 per hour – Weekly Pay
Start Date - Immediate Start Available
Working Hours - 09:00am to 16:00pm (Monday - Thursday)
Term - Temporary Ongoing
About Us
AMJ Recruitment are a growing recruitment business based in Coventry City Centre, specialising in Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial recruitment. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Role
This position will involve supporting the recruitment team with all aspects of resourcing, administration and compliance. Duties will include:
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
- Speaking with candidates and arranging registrations/interviews
- Managing candidate compliance and documentation
- General recruitment administration duties
- Supporting Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial recruitment operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
- Driving licence/driving is not essential
