AMJ Recruitment are looking for a Receptionist to join our valued Manufacturing/Distribution Client based in Nuneaton. Pay Rate - £13.86 per hour Shifts: 09:00am to 17:00pm (Mon-Thur) 09:00am to 16:00pm (Fri) - 35.25 hours per week. Term - Ongoing Start Date - ASAP Role Overview: Job Role: Reception & Visitor Management • Welcome visitors and ensure sign-in procedures are followed. • Notify employees of visitor arrivals. • Maintain a tidy, professional reception area. • Assist contractors, suppliers and delivery drivers. Telephone & Customer Service • Answer and direct calls professionally. • Take and pass on accurate messages. • Respond to routine enquiries and escalate when necessary. Administration • Manage incoming and outgoing post. • Support filing, scanning, data entry and document preparation. • Assist with meeting room bookings and general administrative tasks. Customer Experience • Deliver excellent service to internal and external customers. • Take ownership of enquiries and resolve them efficiently. • Promote a positive and professional image of the company. Skills & Experience • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Professional and friendly approach. • Good organization and attention to detail. • Confident using Microsoft 365 applications. • Ability to manage confidential information. • Previous reception, administration or customer service experience.
