Position Overview
The OTC Sales professional will manage, transfer, and grow client relationships across LATAM, providing customized OTC derivatives solutions in FX. The ideal candidate has an existing portfolio of clients and a proven ability to transition their business seamlessly while advising on risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Transfer an existing client book in FX to Amius, establishing long-term relationships under our brokerage.
- Provide clients with tailored OTC derivatives solutions (forwards, swaps, options) to manage price risk.
- Advise clients on market trends, supply/demand fundamentals, and macroeconomic developments affecting sugar, coffee, and cocoa prices.
- Collaborate with trading and research teams to provide pricing intelligence and hedging strategies.
- Negotiate OTC contracts and monitor client positions, margin requirements, and exposures.
- Maintain regulatory compliance across LATAM jurisdictions for OTC derivatives.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen client networks and market presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in OTC or Derivatives sales or brokerage in FX.
- Proven track record of managing and transferring a client book in LATAM.
- Strong understanding of OTC derivatives, hedging strategies, and structured products.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Mexico as required.
