Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies for agricultural products and FX derivatives.
- Support senior sales professionals in identifying new business opportunities and prospects.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and timely records of all interactions.
- Assist in preparing market research, pricing reports, and sales materials for clients.
- Monitor agricultural commodity markets and FX markets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in preparing and executing contracts, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and calls to gain exposure to the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams (traders, analysts, and risk management) to ensure efficient execution of client orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Travel up to 50% to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in business development activities.
Essential skills & experience:
- Knowledge of agricultural commodities (corn, oilseeds, wheat, etc.) and FX markets.
- Previous experience in sales, trading, derivatives, or financial services is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet clients and attend industry events.
