New Business Development Manager — Amirose London

Amirose London is a leading UK-based contract manufacturer of Personal Care and Skincare products, partnering with established beauty brands, retailers and ambitious startups to bring their product visions to life. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for a New Business Development Manager to help us win the partnerships that will define it.
This is a pure hunting role. You'll be laser-focused on identifying, targeting and securing new B2B manufacturing partnerships — not managing an existing book of accounts. Once you've won the business, our Account Management team takes it from there, so you can stay focused on what you do best: opening doors and closing deals.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record of winning new business, ideally within personal care, beauty, cosmetics or contract manufacturing.
- Already has strong industry contacts and relationships they can put to work from day one — we need someone who can hit the ground running, not build a network from scratch.
- Is a confident, credible communicator who builds trust quickly with brand founders and senior decision-makers.
- Has a self-starting, resilient "hunter" mentality and enjoys building their own pipeline.
- Can negotiate commercially sound deals that set both the client and Amirose up for long-term success.
