We are looking for a talented Senior External Producer to join our dynamic team and help us manage our external publishing efforts and internal porting teams.
Job Description: As a Senior External Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the publishing process of a selection of our games with external partners and managing our internal porting teams. You will ensure that our games are successfully completed and manage the porting of games to various platforms, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines. You will be required to liaise with the Head of Product and Studios to manage expectations and keep him informed of any risks to the delivery pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- External Development Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external development partners. Monitor and report on the performance of your external development partners to the Head of Product and Studios.
- Internal Porting Team Management: Lead and manage the internal porting teams to ensure successful adaptation of games to different platforms. Set clear goals and expectations for the porting teams. Ensure that porting projects are completed on time and within budget. Track individual game budgets and invoices for freelance staff.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and QA to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the publishing and porting processes.
