A Remote first Games studio are currently looking for a Producer to work on a new casual mobile title, aimed at players of all ages. The studio has released several games on both console and mobile platforms and have enjoyed a long-standing history in the process.

The role will have you actively getting involved with creative and technical teams, helping keep the processes going efficiently, quality bar high and on budget, whilst championing an autonomous approach for production flows. You’ll work closely with the CEO in maintaining relationships with Apple and the studio's partners too.

You’ll also be getting involved with overseeing schedules for multiple products, tracking milestones, quality checking and steering the Production principles whilst having the foresight to spot bottlenecks and blockers that can slow down the project progress.

The studio are looking for a highly approachable “people person”, who is good with managing deadlines and keeping things moving. This is a small team of 8 consisting of Developers, Artists, Testers and Designers.

You must be already based in and eligible to work in the UK to apply for this role.

Salary Range: ÂŁ30,000-ÂŁ40,000Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience as a Producer
  • Shipped titles on Mobile platforms (absolutely vital!)
  • Used software like Jira, Confluence, GIT etc
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Autonomous and able to use initiative with minimal supervision and a confident decision maker
  • Superb attention to detail
  • A bonus if you are familiar with games with Live Ops elements and have worked with Apple Arcade
