The Role: Help us build groundbreaking real-time experiences at scale. We're looking for a mid-level Full-Stack Developer to play a key role in shaping our future platform.
About You:
- 4+ years working professionally on production projects
- Comfortable moving between frontend, backend and infrastructure
- Genuinely into this stuff - you read about it, build side projects, and keep up with what's happening
- Enjoy grasping technical complexity
- Excited by early-stage platform work
- Happy to context-switch
- Work well in a team, value pairing on tricky problems, and enjoy sharing knowledge
- Can explain technical concepts clearly
Tech Stack: We need someone from an AWS / React / TypeScript / Node.js background. As a guide, these are some of the main technologies we work with: TypeScript / JavaScript / Node.js / React / Git / Docker / Postgres / MySQL / Linux CLI / AWS / IaC (Pulumi / CloudFormation or similar) / Web & Networking fundamentals / Monorepo tooling / WebSocket.

- Improve Our Products: Enhance the performance, reliability and scalability of our existing products while implementing new features to improve user experience.
- Build New Things: Get hands-on developing our real-time platform and supporting services.
