Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive AMINA’s Private Banking growth in the UK by acquiring and managing HNW and UHNW clients through a differentiated offering that combines traditional banking with digital asset solutions. The role focuses on building trusted client relationships, expanding strategic networks, and delivering compliant, high‑touch advisory experiences.

Your AMINA To-Do List:

  • Lead AMINA’s Private Banking growth strategy in the UK by acquiring and managing HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Position AMINA as a trusted partner offering full‑service banking combined with innovative digital asset solutions.
  • Build and maintain strategic referral networks with wealth advisors, family offices, and fintech intermediaries.
  • Conduct client profiling and financial analysis to deliver tailored wealth management and digital asset solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Advisory, and Compliance teams to ensure end‑to‑end client onboarding and advisory excellence.
  • Represent AMINA at investment forums, private wealth events, and crypto industry gatherings to grow our brand and visibility.
  • Monitor market dynamics, client behavior, and regulatory changes to refine acquisition strategies and ensure FCA compliance.

Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:

  • 7 to 10 years experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Business Development in the UK market.
  • Strong track record of HNW/UHNW client acquisition and relationship management, ideally with a developed network.
  • Deep understanding of UK private wealth landscape, investment solutions, and digital assets.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in crypto, tokenized assets, or digital wealth trends.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European language(s) a plus.
