This is a part‑time, on‑site Sales Marketing Executive role located in Solihull. The responsibilities include performing market research, developing marketing plans, assisting in creating sales and marketing strategies, building strong communication with clients, and exploring opportunities to expand the company's market presence. The role seeks to enhance customer acquisition efforts and provide valuable insights to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and events
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn, the company website, and wider marketing materials
- Support the development of case studies, presentations, and proposals
- Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support the sales team with lead generation and prospecting activities
- Qualify inbound enquiries and assist with outbound outreach
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Identify construction projects and investigate potential bidders and opportunities
- Utilise website visitor identification and lead tracking tools to qualify opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system
- Follow up on leads and support the ongoing sales pipeline
- Act as an internal point of contact for customer queries and communications

- £20,000 salary on a 12‑month contract
