My client, a leading player in the D&B and CM marketplace on construction contracts up to £500 million, is seeking a Facades Package Manager.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of package management experience, either working for a Tier 1 or 2 contractor or a leading developer. Candidates from a sub-contracting building envelope provider that has delivered large unitised, stick, or architectural pre-cast packages up to £40 million in value will also be heavily considered.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate programmes and site activities to ensure they are in line with project requirements.
  • Review all installation processes for efficiency and ensure compliance with relevant safety guidelines.
  • Manage and coordinate with architects, engineering professionals, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure that key targets and programmes are achieved.
  • Review façade design and interface details.
  • Develop best suitable construction methodologies for the project.
  • Review and monitor design development against CP's (Contractor Proposals).
  • Construction work programme development and consequent monitoring.
  • Sequencing construction works to ensure handover dates are met.
  • Reviewing and signing off risk assessments & method statements.
  • Preparing short term planning programmes/look aheads.

For the right calibre of candidate, my client will look to pay up to £90k plus package.
