Overview
As Construction Director you will provide strategic leadership across a £500m+ iconic project, bridging corporate leadership and site operations. You will oversee multiple complex packages, mentor senior staff, and manage key client relationships to drive safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence. This role supports corporate growth and requires proactive risk management and high-level contract dealings. You will work with cross-functional teams to streamline pre-construction and delivery processes and deliver standout project outcomes. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape delivery on a flagship project in London.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational oversight for a flagship project
- Drive performance, streamline pre-construction and delivery processes
- Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are met while supporting corporate growth
- Plan and coordinate multiple complex construction packages simultaneously
- Lead, mentor and manage senior personnel across operations, commercial, design, H&S and planning
- Lead high-value contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and legal teams
- Identify, mitigate and manage financial, legal and operational risks
