Facades Design ManagerConstruction > Design ManagementSalary70000 - 85000 per annum + Plus PackageTypePermanentLocation(s)LondonThis Design Manager will ideally come from one of their main competitors, leading sub-contractor that is used to technically challenging facade packages up to 20million in value, or someone that comes from a specialist consultancy with at least 5 years worth of facades experiences.Duties and responsibilities include:Produce details of façade systems based on architectural sketches and assist in the delivery of detailed façade tenders and shop drawing packages.Provide 2D and 3D drafting using Autocad software for architectural documentation and detailed working drawingsPrepare façade technical specificationsCoordinate with the relevant parties to raise/resolve project-related issues which could affect the delivery of the documentationReview and evaluate design deliverables to ensure buildability and compliance, liaising with the client's design team and specialist suppliersWorking with both the in house and external project teams to ensure that the company, clients requirements, programme targets and budgets are achievedAttendance and hosting of internal and external design workshops representing the companyManagement of internal and external design teams to ensure compliance with the project design, incorporation of common details, product specification, building regulations and national standardsDesign cost management, accountability for design processes, recording and maintaining variations listsDepending on the calibre of the candidate, my client will look to pay up 85k plus package for the right person.If you're interested in the position, please apply to , or call on
