We are hiring for a highly skilled Senior Architect or Project Architect. Our client is a leading Interior design and Architecture Studio located in the heart of Chelsea, London. This Studio is renowned for crafting exquisite, high-end private residences. With a reputation for timeless elegance, meticulous attention to detail, and bespoke craftsmanship, the firm has delivered exceptional projects across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
In this role, you will play an integral role in the concept design, spatial co-ordination and development to technical design for luxury residential projects. You will translate client preferences into refined, well-detailed design solutions, working alongside the FF&E team and external consultants based overseas.
This role requires you to have:
- RIBA Part 3 qualification (or international equivalent)
- Expertise in high-end private residential design
- Strong construction knowledge and technical drawing skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and an appreciation of drawing standards
- Excellent client liaison and project coordination skills
- Ability to work with overseas regulations and planning requirements
