We have an excellent opportunity for a senior SCADA & Commissioning Engineer to support EPC Electrical Systems within SCADA. Providing independent supervision and coordination of SCADA commissioning activities. Ensuring compliance with our client standards, project specifications, National Grid requirements, and HSE rules and legislation.
The S&C Engineer will cover commissioning of communication networks, radio systems, telephone systems, Substation Control Systems (SCS), WTG SCADA and grid compliance, metering systems, and where applicable VTMS. Draft and maintain SCADA commissioning plan. Ensure quality and documentation of tests.
Required:
- At least 5 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with SCADA commissioning in large-scale energy or infrastructure projects
- In-depth knowledge of National Grid requirements
- Experience with Hitachi MicroSCADA and Substation Control Systems
- Valid GWO certification (to support offshore commissioning shifts if necessary)
Duration: 01-Apr-2026 - 30-Apr-2027
Shift: Monday to Friday 5 days 10 hours
