My client is growing and they’re looking for a driven, client‑focused Mortgage Broker to work on a self employed basis but with the interaction and support of a buzzing team!
World class tools and a CRM are provided as well as FCA oversight and PI insurance.

You will be
- Providing high‑quality, compliant mortgage advice
- Using world class CRM for all caseload management
- Managing a steady flow of introduced cases
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from enquiry to completion
- Undertaking relevant administration and compliance and promoting the business to the best of your ability at all times.
Experience needed
- CMAP or similar FCA qualification
- Resilient, driven and proactive
- Naturally client centred with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your cases
- Committed to accuracy, compliance and high professional standards
Self‑Employed Earnings Structure is highly competitive with 50% commission on all introduced cases and 70% for self-sourced cases, a salary retainer is available for 3 – 6 months.
Employed model available with standard basic salary and reduced commission.
*Please note that this is a role where you can be office based or remote but you will need to live within two hours of the office in Gloucestershire.
