We're looking for a skilled engineer with a strong background in servicing fire and security systems to join our growing team.
You'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing a variety of systems across medium to large commercial sites throughout the UK, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

The Role
As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will
- Service and maintain fire alarm, access control, and security systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
- Ensure all work complies with current British Standards and industry regulations.
- Produce accurate service reports and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
- Work independently while supporting the wider engineering team when required.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Strong knowledge of Gent fire alarm systems.
- Good understanding of current British Standards.
- FIA training or equivalent industry knowledge.
- ECS Card.
- Asbestos Awareness certification.
- IPAF and PASMA certifications.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional approach with high attention to detail.
