We're looking for a skilled engineer with a strong background in servicing fire and security systems to join our growing team.

You'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing a variety of systems across medium to large commercial sites throughout the UK, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

The Role

As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will

  • Service and maintain fire alarm, access control, and security systems.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
  • Ensure all work complies with current British Standards and industry regulations.
  • Produce accurate service reports and documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
  • Work independently while supporting the wider engineering team when required.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Strong knowledge of Gent fire alarm systems.
  • Good understanding of current British Standards.
  • FIA training or equivalent industry knowledge.
  • ECS Card.
  • Asbestos Awareness certification.
  • IPAF and PASMA certifications.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional approach with high attention to detail.
