We are currently clustered around London and Bristol/Gloucestershire within the UK but you could be based anywhere. No start-up costs. We’ll risk our time and infrastructure, and you only start paying franchise fees after you have started billing (percentage of fee income). Plug into our model and go!
Your credentials: You’ll have developed to Principal+ Consultant grade and have a proven track record in your region/discipline/portfolio/area of expertise (you could be a Director, AD, Associate, Principal or maybe even an excellent Senior). Polished 360-degree recruiter. You’ll get our values and recognise the importance of these, for your success and for customer and collaborator experience. Resilience is key; to be a successful recruitment consultant you need to be able to turn setbacks into learning and motivation, and the highs and lows are exacerbated when it’s your company and you are more invested in every outcome. You’ll need to be financially secure enough to walk away from a salary and confident in the business plan.
