The person we seek:
- Has gained at least 10 years’ experience in geotechnical design and analysis in the UK, progressing to Principal/ Associate level with a consultancy
- Is a manager and developing leader, with the commercial and operational awareness required to succeed in this position
- Has developed excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Builds relationships and is comfortable developing existing and new clients, preparing fee proposals and supporting bids
- Strong geotechnical analysis and interpretive report writing skills
- Working knowledge of geotechnical software tools such as Plaxis, GeoStudio and Wallap
- Comfortable leading and managing ground investigations
- Chartered Member of the ICE / Geological Society
