The Structural Engineer will utilise their expertise in structural engineering analysis and calculations within a façade consultant. The role requires sound practical and technical expertise in design, structural/façade surveys and site monitoring. Working knowledge of Façade materials and construction methods are essential.
Education:
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering.
MSc would be advantageous and working towards chartership.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of Structural experience
Independently able to produce engineering analysis and structural calculations on projects.
Carry out checks on the work of external engineering consultants.
Competent in design and analytical software packages.
