We are proud to present this amazing opportunity for a Senior Facade Consultant to be part of our clients team. The Senior Facade Consultant will be joining a team of specialist consultants and engineers with a successful history of delivering sustainable, aesthetic, and functional facade solutions for tier 1 contractors and AJ 100 practices. This is an exciting time of growth for our client who are working on high profile complex projects both in the UK and internationally.
Expertise:
- Report writing and professional presentation
- Producing Technical Submittals
- Specification writing
- Communicate façade designs with clients and contractors and sub-contractors
- Review of sub-contractors Technical Submittals
- Expertise in different façade materials
- Taking designs from concept to construction
Experience:
- Experience of providing Facade consultancy services
- Review manufacture processes
- Selecting of facade materials
- Site surveys
- Working knowledge of British Standards and Eurocodes
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or equivalent
- UK Driving License
