Are you ready to take ownership of a region and grow a high‑quality, in‑demand product range? Do you have experience in building products or construction materials? Are you a relationship driven salesperson?

My client is a respected name in the building materials sector, supplying products used on major heritage projects, eco‑builds and everything in between. They’re investing in growth, and they need a driven, technically minded sales specialist to lead the charge in the Northwest of England.

You will be growing your territory in the Northwest of England and part of Yorkshire and driving sales across a specialist product portfolio. Additionally, you will be:

  • Converting warm leads and inbound enquiries
  • Delivering product demos and training sessions
  • Supporting merchants and distributors to maximise performance
  • Providing technical advice and occasional site support
  • Keeping the CRM activity sharp and accurate
  • Representing the brand at events and customer meetings

You will work in a collaborative environment, with excellent support from marketing and the wider, national team and will enjoy a positive company with a great team spirit.

To be successful in this role you will need proven experience in construction materials or building products and strong relationship building skills. You will need to be self-motivated as you will be working remotely a lot of the time and also have confidence presenting. Being organised is also key to the success of this role.

As this is a regional role, you will need a full UK driving licence and be very familiar with the Northwest of England and/or Yorkshire.
