My client, an established firm, with a down to earth but driven approach, is looking to add to the busy corporate team who have completed in excess of fifty business sales, equities and investments since the beginning of the year.

There is a growing demand for their services so expect to be busy!

With a culture of trust, autonomy and professional development, this is a great opportunity for a collaborative individual to advance their career.

Working a minimum of three days a week in the Cheltenham office, you will be immersed in acquisitions and disposals as well as shareholders agreements from day one.

You will also be networking and attending business events to contribute the overall brand and development of the firm.

Advising clients on corporate governance, structuring, and transactional matters, drafting and negotiating the full suite of transactional documents and commercial contracts will also be included in your role.

To be considered for this role you will be PQE 2 - 5 years in England and Wales and live in commutable distance to Cheltenham.

You will think commercially and pragmatically and have a collaborative mindset as well as a good sense of humour!

Please note, this role is HYBRID, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Cheltenham.
