They are now looking for a Document Controller to facilitate a position within their southern region to work on a £50 million scheme.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain document control systems to organise both physical and digital files, ensuring they are easy to retrieve and store securely.
- Manage the flow of documents between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to the right people.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents and check for adherence to company standards.
- Track the status of documents, including their versions, approvals, and revisions, and generate reports for project managers and senior management.
- Conduct regular audits of document control processes and make improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
