My client are a 1billion+ developer/contractor that work all over the UK facilitating housing and regeneration schemes.
Based out of one of their flagship offices, they require the services of an L&D Manager to work very closely with the senior leadership team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Design, implement and manage employee learning and development programs
- Assess training needs, develop strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives
- Identify and assess individual and organisational learning needs through various methods
- Create and implement learning strategies and programs that address identified needs, including designing blended learning solutions
- Oversee and manage budgets for learning and development activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation
- Work with stakeholders, including senior leaders and HR partners, to align learning initiatives with business objectives and communicate program benefits
Depending on the calibre of the candidate, up to 45k plus package is what is on offer for the right person.
