Are you happy with a role with HR, compliance and some recruitment? Are you happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into bringing this organisations HR processes up to date?

Would you like study support for your CIPD and to develop within an evolving and collaborative environment?

Reporting to Head of Finance and Operations, this full time role will work closely with the senior leadership team delivering robust and effective HR, compliance, payroll and recruitment.

This a stand alone role, however, you will also have significant support from a wider group HR function.

In this role you will be monitoring compliance around safer recruitment, so some experience in this, or a strong interest is required.

You will be implimenting, updating and maintaining processess and procedures in line with governement policy and compliance.

This is a multifaceted role will have fluctuations in workloads (with a particualrly busy period to begin with) and responsibilities due to the nature of the organisation, so you can expect no two days to be the same!

To be considered for this rewarding and exciting position you will be an ambitious and driven individual with high empathy, intuition and a robust undertanding of recent HR legislation.

You will be an HR professional who is committed to delivering an outstanding quality of work.

You will be able to flex between responsibilities and duties easily whilst retaining focus and a sense of calm.

It is essential that you have a desire to grow and develop the role and want to play your part in making the organisation as efficient and positive as possible.

This is a full time, mostly office-based role with some flexible hours and excellent benefits including study support to enhance your CIPD, free breakfast and lunch, a generous holiday allowance and a wider network of support.

The role is working across two sites so access to a vehicle is required to be considered for this role.
