Are you a Revit & COBie expert who loves turning complex models into client-ready deliverables? We’re looking for a talented and proactive Trainee BIM Technician to join our growing team and provide essential support to our Design Engineers on exciting projects across the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver first-class Revit support to the Design Engineering team
- Handle client Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) at tender stage
- Set up and manage models – templates, coordinates, model bridging & more
- Keep our CAD/Revit libraries organised and up to date
- Create and maintain compliant, COBie-ready Revit families
- Populate the Revit model with full COBie data to meet client deadlines
- Liaise confidently with designers and clients throughout the project
What you need:
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (modelling & families)
- Experience inputting COBie data into Revit
- Excellent working knowledge of ISO 19650
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work to company and client BIM/CAD standards
Personal qualities:
- Reliable, self-motivated and happy to work unsupervised
- A real team player who takes pride in delivering quality on time
