A leading £1 billion T/O construction company are now hunting for their new Occupational Health Candidate to set up and run their own business unit.
Due to the nature of their projects and connections within the partnerships world, rather than subbing out their occupational requirements, my client is now looking to bring in an In-House Health Representative and set up their new department.
If you're currently undertaking such a role, or work in the field in health & safety and want to move your career off on a tangent in occupational health, then look no further.
Brief duties and responsibilities include:
- Safeguarding employee health and well-being by identifying and managing workplace health risks through assessments
- Promotion and compliance with health regulations
- Conducting health screenings and advising employers on safety measures
- Managing sickness absence and developing return-to-work strategies
- Protecting employees from work-related illnesses and injuries, while improving overall health and productivity in the workplace
- Acting as a specialist advisor to both employers and employees on the relationship between work and health
Depending on your experiences and background, my client would look to pay up to £75k plus package and bonus.
