Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced BIM Manager to join their team, our client is renowned for being at the forefront of construction methodoligies. They are expanding their BIM team and this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM manager to be part of a growing and successful consultancy. The BIM Manager: Will be responsible for creating and managing BIM deliverables across the project lifecycle. You will be working in conjunction with internal and external consultants to develop the program. The role would suit an experienced BIM Manager keen on implementing new ideas to improve current processes. Required: Experience of BIM Level 2. Managing data sets and performing data analysis. Previous implementation of BIM on live construction projects. At least 5 years' working within the construction industry. 3D proficiency producing models with Revit. Clash detection experience using Navisworks/Solibri. 4D experience. You: Will be responsible for the project BIM Coordinator/s. Provide BIM training and support when required. Updating on BIM status, monthly reports Develop bespoke project BIM Execution Plans Identifying and communicating key requirements to the design team.
