Job Description
My client pride themselves on delivering construction schemes across the 4 corners of the UK, delivering various schemes from commercial office, education, healthcare, residential, retail and mixed use sector.\\n\\nWith clients mainly coming to them, they're in an envious position to cherry pick their work accordingly and only build the right projects, rather then just any contract.\\n\\nDuties and responsibilities of the right Assistant Technical Services/Building Services Manager, include:\\n\\nSupporting the installation of services, working on schemes up to £100million in value\\nHelp review sub-contractor proposals to ensure they are cost effective and comply with the client's brief/requirements and building regulations\\nAware of the cost of various mechanical and electrical items, to ensure competitive costs are achieved\\nReview and amend proposed service's programmes and provide feedback, including review of proposed lead-in times and procurement issues\\nWork closely with the Commissioning Lead on their strategy, including testing and commissioning data\\nProviding advice and coaching sub-contractors on the validation of existing building servicesDepending on the calibre of the candidate, my client would look to pay up to £85k plus package and a very lucrative bonus scheme.\\n\\nIf you're interested, please send your CV to (url removed), or call me on (phone number removed)
