Architect – Luxury Residential Projects

A prestigious luxury interior design studio is seeking a talented Architect to work on high-end residential projects across London and abroad. This role requires a skilled, detail-oriented and creative professional with experience in luxury design, looking to become part of a truly supportive and inspiring team.

As an Architect, you will be responsible for managing architectural design from concept to completion, ensuring technical excellence and seamless project execution. You will develop and oversee tender packages, coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors, and ensure all designs meet the highest standards. The role also involves collaborating with the wider design team, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Part III qualified
  • Proven track record in high-end residential projects, particularly in Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, or Chelsea.
  • Strong knowledge of RIBA work stages and UK construction processes.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite (InDesign & Photoshop preferred).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen eye for materials, palettes, and architectural detailing within luxury design.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of work whilst remaining organised and efficient.
