With an established presence in the tech space across the UK, EU, and US , you’ll have the platform to own and grow your market, lead key accounts, and mentor others — all within a supportive, forward-thinking business that genuinely rewards success.

Build, manage, and expand relationships with clients across our core sectors – delivering expert, bespoke recruitment solutions that solve real hiring challenges.

Use your market knowledge and network to source top-tier talent across Software Engineering , ERP , and Cloud & DevOps roles.

Share your experience with junior consultants and play a key role in shaping the next wave of talent in the team.

Commercial Responsibility
3+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within tech or a specialist vertical
~ A proven record of consistent billing and strong client relationships
~ Strong commercial acumen and confident negotiation skills
~ A natural drive to take ownership and build something long-term
~ Experience in Software Engineering, ERP , or Cloud & DevOps recruitment is a bonus — but not essential
