I’m currently working with an innovative B2B SaaS startup in the sales tax automation space! They’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead their growth marketing strategies and accelerate revenue.
In this role, you\’ll take the lead on performance marketing, paid media, CRO, and full-funnel optimization. They’re looking for someone with a data-driven mindset and an understanding of the analytical side of marketing functions.
What You’ll Do:
- Run and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
- Drive lead generation and improve conversion rates
- Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and drive ROI
- Work cross-functionally with content, product, and sales
What They’re Looking For:
- 6+ years in growth, performance, or demand gen (B2B tech or agency
- Experience scaling revenue from $1M to $10M+
- Proven skills with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, GA4, and HubSpot
- Comfortable with Webflow (or similar CMS) and Google Tag Manager
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta, Looker, LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, and retention metrics
You\’ll be based in their Camden Town office 3 days a week, with perks including free tea, coffee, and beer, plus quarterly team socials and events!
On offer is up to £90,000 plus share options and a performance-based bonus.
